Skate is a program for skaters of all abilities. Each session will include
a shared basic fifteen minute stroking session, which will focus on power,
agility and balance. Skaters will then have 45 minutes of open ice to practice
their individual skills. In addition, there will be a floating coach offering assistance and advice on an as needed individual basis.
